What is included in a corporate apartment?
Corporate Apartment Network will provide you with beautifully decorated apartments which include: all utilities, executive level furniture,
linen and kitchen packages, local phone service including voice mail, 25" color TV, VCR, expanded cable, full size washer/dryer, microwave,
fully equipped kitchens, iron and ironing boards, and much more! Weekly or bi-weekly housekeeping is available. In other words, we provide
everything except your "suitcase and toothbrush".
You can customize the apartment to suit your taste and needs! Optional items and services include: additional phone lines for fax or modem, high-speed Internet access (where available), your choice of bed sizes, premium movie channels, baby furniture, and concierge services.
Who uses corporate housing?
Anyone staying in a hotel for 15 days or longer within a month can benefit from a corporate apartment. Visiting families, individuals in
town for medical treatment, people with pets, or just about anyone who travels. International guests often request an apartment suite over a
hotel stay! In addition, we accept all major credit cards - American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Diners Club or we can direct bill you or
your company after the first month. With the ease and convenience of a hotel - with all of the luxuries and privacy of home!
What can I expect to pay?
An average price for a one bedroom is $65.00 per day based upon a 30 day stay. An average two bedroom goes for $95.00 per day and an average
three bedroom can run $125.00 per day. There is no hotel tax!
